1. Who are we?

Ultra IPTV is a Dutch provider of IPTV streaming services, active since 2020. Our services are available to consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries. You can reach us via WhatsApp on +31 6 45 95 95 32.

2. Our services

Ultra IPTV provides access to an IPTV streaming service with more than 29,000 live TV channels, films and series over the internet. The service works on Smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, laptops and other compatible devices. We do not install physical hardware.

3. Subscriptions and prices

Ultra IPTV offers four subscription options:

• 1 month — €15.00
• 3 months — €30.00
• 6 months — €50.00
• 12 months — €90.00 (best deal)

These prices are for one device at a time; each extra simultaneous device adds 40% (up to 3). All prices include VAT. Prices may change; existing subscriptions are not changed retroactively. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

4. Ordering and activation

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. After payment your subscription is activated within 5 minutes and you receive your login details via WhatsApp. A free 24-hour trial is available without payment; no credit card is required.

5. Payment

You can pay with iDEAL, bank transfer or crypto. If payment is not received, Ultra IPTV may deactivate the service. We recommend starting with the free 24-hour trial, so you know what you are buying.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of concluding the agreement, without giving a reason. You do this by telling us via WhatsApp that you withdraw from the agreement. If you expressly ask us to activate the subscription within these 14 days and withdraw afterwards, you pay an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided; we refund the rest within 14 days using the same payment method. The right of withdrawal ends once the full term has been provided. The app you use to watch, such as IBO Player Pro, is a service of another party; any cost of that app is not part of this subscription.

7. Use of the service

You may not share your subscription with people outside your own household, unless you have a multi-device subscription. Reselling, redistributing or using the service for commercial purposes without express written permission from Ultra IPTV is prohibited.

8. Availability and liability

Ultra IPTV aims for 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for damage resulting from temporary interruptions, technical failures at third parties, or internet problems on the user's side. Ultra IPTV is not responsible for the content of the channels offered.

9. Intellectual property

All brand names, logos and content on this website belong to Ultra IPTV or their respective owners. You may not copy or use them without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country. For complaints, please contact us via WhatsApp first; we resolve most questions straight away.
