All you need is a stable connection (10 Mbps or more) and a device: Smart TV, Firestick, Android box or phone. We send you your login details so you can start watching straight away.

We provide a streaming service that runs over your own internet connection. Responsibility for what you watch lies with the user. We always advise checking your local laws and regulations. For private use in many EU countries, IPTV streaming sits in a grey area that isn't actively prosecuted against consumers.

You get access to more than 29,000 live TV channels from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK, the US, Turkey, Morocco, Arab countries, Poland, India and many more. On top of that, a VOD library with 130,000+ movies and 17,000+ series — growing daily.

For HD quality we recommend at least 10 Mbps. For 4K streams, 25 Mbps or higher is ideal. Most modern broadband connections are more than enough. A wired connection always gives the best result.

We don't offer a free trial, but our cheap 1-month plan lets you try the service with no real commitment. Not happy? Reach out via WhatsApp within 24 hours and we'll find a solution.

An internet connection, a device on which you install the IBO Player Pro app, and WhatsApp. You send us a photo of the MAC address and Device Key shown in the app, and we set up your channels.

We offer 4 plans: 1 month (€15), 3 months (€30), 6 months (€50) and 12 months (€90 — our best deal, save 50%). All plans contain exactly the same content — only the duration and per-month price change. Each extra simultaneous stream adds 40% to the price, up to a maximum of 3 streams at once.

Everything happens via WhatsApp. After ordering we send you the payment details for iDEAL, bank transfer or crypto. Your login details arrive within 5 minutes of payment.

Yes — you can always upgrade to a longer plan or to more simultaneous streams. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll calculate a fair amount that credits the unused time on your current plan.

By default you can watch 1 stream at a time. For +40% per extra stream you can scale up to 2 or 3 simultaneous streams (max 3 per account). You can sign in on unlimited devices — you just can't watch on all of them at once.

Your plan simply ends: there is no automatic renewal. Two days before, we send you a reminder on WhatsApp. If you want to continue, let us know and we send you the payment details.

Only for the app, and only if you use it for more than 7 days: the maker of IBO Player Pro then charges a one-off fee of about €10. If you want to watch on more screens at the same time, each extra screen adds 40%, up to 3 screens.

Usually a few minutes. You install the IBO Player Pro app and send us a photo of the MAC address and Device Key on WhatsApp. We set up your channels and let you know when to restart the app.

Yes. You install one app and take a photo of the screen. You don't have to type in logins or addresses, we do that. The Installation page explains per device where to find the app.

We use IBO Player Pro. It is available on almost every device: Samsung and LG TVs, Fire TV Stick, Android box, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. The app is free for 7 days, after which its maker charges a one-off fee of about €10. That is separate from your Ultra subscription.

Yes. On a Samsung TV (2016 or newer) you find IBO Player Pro under Apps, on an LG TV (webOS, 2017 or newer) in the LG Content Store. If you have an older model, send us the model number on WhatsApp and we will find an app that works.

Usually not. On a Samsung or LG TV you install the app directly on the TV. A Fire TV Stick or Android box only helps if your TV has no app store or is too old.

Yes — Ultra IPTV works anywhere you have internet. On holiday in Spain or Turkey? Just sign in and watch. Convenient for expats and travellers.

Via WhatsApp — available 24/7. Average response time: 5 minutes. Our support is multilingual (Dutch, English, German, French).

Our servers have 99.9% uptime. If a specific channel is temporarily down, report it on WhatsApp. It's usually fixed within minutes. If it takes longer, you'll automatically get compensation on your subscription.

That's what the free 24h trial is for: you test on your own screen before you pay anything. If you run into a problem later, we help you via WhatsApp until it works.

Our servers are housed in specialised data centres with dual uplinks and load balancing. As a result our users barely experience buffering or freezing, even during peak hours or major sport events.
